REDDIE partners to present research at EASD 2026 in Milan

Several partners from the EU-funded REDDIE project will attend the 62nd Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD), taking place in Milan, Italy, from 28 September to 2 October 2026.

The conference will bring together the international diabetes research community to exchange knowledge on advances in diabetes research, treatment and care. REDDIE partners will contribute to this year’s programme through several accepted abstracts addressing topics related to real-world data, diabetes modelling and evidence generation.

Following EASD 2026, several REDDIE partners will travel to Padua to take part in this year’s Mt Hood Challenge, organised by REDDIE from 2 to 4 October. The challenge will bring together modelling teams to address key questions in diabetes research, including reference simulations, multimorbidity, synthetic data and presymptomatic screening for type 1 diabetes.

Together, these events will provide opportunities for REDDIE partners to share their work, exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration across the diabetes research community.
